Grand Master Greco Wong - Wing Chun Wooden Dummy Seminar 2010 黃忠詠春研習班

Grand Master Greco Wong (the co-author of the world's first Wing Chun book in English published in 1969) is one of the people responsible for spreading Wing Chun in the UK, Africa and Canada starting from the late 60's.  He learned Wing Chun from Moy Yat, Mak Po and Yip Man starting from the late 50s. 

In the pursuit of combat proficiency, Grand Master Greco Wong also started practicing Tik Bo Sam (Iron cloth Shirt) in early 70's.

Following the success of his previous Wing Chun Seminar in June 2010, he agrees to hold another 1 day Wing Chun Wooden Dummy Seminar to share his knowlege.  In this seminar, he would also share the little known knowledge of Tik Bo Sam (Iron Cloth Shirt) 

Topics:

1) Demontrate the detailed movements of the entire Wing Chun Wooden Dummy sequence.
2) Explainations of all the movements, in terms of their applications, angles and force generation
3) Tik Bo Sam Iron Body's internal and external training methods and its applications
